- Outdoor School Programmes:- This includes our activities like White Water Rafting, Kayaking, Crocs, Gheckos, Archery, The Plunge (Which is our signature experience). After participating in all these activities the students see that life is an element of risk and they have to lead in order to conquer their own personal fears.
- School Adventure:- School children are always adventurous and have a lot of energy at their disposal. Many students would want to learn new things and adventure gives the best learning experience because this calls them to participate in activities like Bungee jumping, Zip lining, Rock climbing, Muranga Gorges, river trekking and birds watching. Rapids camp is a top adventure activities destination for schools. We recommend 2 to 4 days to complete all our activities which is safe with qualified trip leaders.

Agricultural Training
Agro-Tourism for CBC Education
Rapids Camp boasts an agricultural farm that provides practical training in horticultural practices, animal husbandry and aqua farming.
The aim of this activity is to align with the Competent Based Curriculum (CBC) to support schools which do not have farms / farm facilities that are needed for the purpose of learning in Sagana, Kenya. With Ksh 1,800 per child, we can take them through this comprehensive program in our farms which covers learning, tea & snack. Rapids Camp has a good working relationship with Sagana Fisheries. They are completely moving into new environments and they need the necessary skills and discipline to prepare them to with-stand mixed environmental challenges that they are not used to.
We would highly recommend a gap year program with us. Our gap year programs does not necessarily mean a twelve months program but the program can range from one month to twelve months.

Rapid scamp is known destination for team building for both corporate and schools in Kenya. Our young adults will learn many life skills through our team building programs and qualified facilitators. Rapids camp has some of the best team building facilitators in the country and we pride ourselves having trained over 1600 corporate and departments in the country the last 10 years. We will be train the young adults to work together in problem solving and we have over 50 activities lined up for the young adults to benefit from. Our outdoor activities are best designed and safe be it whitewater rafting; we work with international rafting federation curriculum and safety standards or kayaking we work also with international canoe federation ICF safety standards, so we have quite a number of activities that our students can choose from archery, rock climbing, bouldering, abselling, via ferrata, nature walks, moonlight walks, zip line, the ducks, all activities are geared towards supporting personal growth of a student who is moving into another life. So our gap programs come out very clear with extreme outdoor activities and they are very safe and insured.

Our gap program has been well thought and we have brought in aspect of food in the program. Food creates networking opportunities for gap year activities help young adults to build valuable connections with professional mentors and likeminded individuals enriching their social and professional networking. Our housekeeping department and kitchen will keep our students busy throughout the week in testing, cooking and finding about new cuisines both local and international. Our banking department also will help students be able to come up with new cuisines which will bridge the gap to knowing exactly the students would want to do in the future as carriers. - The whole program consist of a very robust and comprehensive program which is 6 months within six months the students will have learned all our culinary art basics, hot kitchen, housekeeping, water sports and team building activities.
