I.C.F. APPROVES RAPIDS CAMP
Joao Manuel Da Costa Alegre Afonse, Chair of The Confederation of Africa Canoeing approved Rapids Camp Sagana as a reliable water sports facility. He said that the facility is good and in line with the international water sports standards and CAC will be hosting Africa Canoe Congress 2018 at the Camp. Mr. Afonse met with Mr. William Kariuki in company of the CAC Secretary General Seif Patwa and Canoeing Kenya Chairman Dr. Njue.

Rapids Camp Sagana has hosted two African Olympic Qualifiers including the Beijing 2008 and Rio 2015 Olympic qualifiers. Rapids Camp is working on installing a zipline but the launch set for 19th October 2017 is postponed to a future date due to the political situation in the country. Rapids Camp continues to offer the best water sports and team building activities for corporations, which involves Canoeing, Kayaking and Rafting and Plunge. It also invites friends, family and lovers to enjoy the hard to forget bonding and stress relieving activities.
