Rapids Camp is the best and the largest and the most advanced camping site with activities in Sagana, Muranga, Kirinyaga and Nyeri. Our facilities are mordern with Mordern conference facilities, meeting rooms, clean linen & camping equipments, tent and room accommodation with  WiFi, backup generator manned 24 hours. We have mordern equipments for all adventure lovers who would like to participate in our adrenaline pumping activities. We have clean safety equipments like helments, zip lining equipments, personal floatation devices, trained guides.

We are ‘Gold Award’ Certificate of Accreditation by Tourism Regulatory Authority 2023 (TRA) and Trip Advisor 2020 – 2024 with Certificate of Excellency Awards Travelers Choice. Rapids Camp remains the only camping site/boutique hotel in Kenya and Africa to have hosted Two times Olympic qualifiers for Canoeing:- Beijing qualifiers 2008, and Rio 2015 sponsored by International Canoe Federation (ICF).

Our front office staffs led by Damaris are Top Notch.  Rapids Camp is seated on 75 acre parcel of land enabling activities like Nature walks, birds watching and group activities with five camping and team building pitches to choose from. Remember: Adventure is all about space and privacy.

Rapids camp also have 5 acre fish pond at Gakonya (Sagana – Muranga road) for individual who love fishing.

Our 140m amazing steel footbridge is the largest in the Region where bush dinners and bush breakfasts are served with the view of Rapids Waterfall.

Rapids Waterfall remains the largest waterfall in Sagana and Mount Kenya region and one of the largest in Kenya.

Groups of between 10 to 80 are well catered for. Corporate Team building groups in Sagana, Kenya that wish to carry their music system can do so.
